Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Oliver Cabell box and shipping container, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
